o Liaise with clients, conduct interviews, and negotiate job offers on behalf of
candidates.
o Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the placement process.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of placements, client interactions,
and related activities.
o Prepare and submit regular reports on placement statistics, client feedback,
and other relevant metrics.
o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to
placements.
4. Continuous Improvement:
o Analyse placement data and client feedback to identify areas for improvement
and implement strategies to enhance the placement process.
o Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging
