Job Overview:

AISECT Ltd is seeking motivated and dynamic Business Development Executives (BDEs)

to join our Institutional Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating

with existing institutional partners to mobilize candidates for ongoing projects and placement

opportunities. This is a field and coordination-based role that requires strong communication

and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Coordinate with educational institutions already partnered with AISECT Ltd.

 Mobilize students/candidates for various training programs, skill development

projects, and placement opportunities.

 Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong working relationships with institutional

contacts.

 Collaborate with the state team to ensure smooth execution of mobilization and

placement targets.

 Provide timely reports and updates to the State Head.

 Travel to assigned regions as required for on-ground coordination and mobilization.
