• Educate candidates about various vocational programs, certifications, and job opportunities.

Enrollment & Outreach:

• Conduct mobilization activities in communities to attract potential candidates.

• Support the enrollment process including application, documentation, and orientation.

Student Support:

• Monitor learner progress and provide academic and personal support to reduce dropout rates.

• Address queries and challenges faced by students during the training period.

Soft Skills & Employability Guidance:

• Help students develop communication, teamwork, and workplace etiquette skills.

• Conduct or coordinate sessions on interview preparation and resume writing.

Industry & Placement Linkage:

• Work with placement teams to ensure students are aware of employment options.

• Guide students on job-readiness and post-placement support.

Reporting & Administration:

• Maintain accurate student records and counselling reports.

• Provide regular updates to the center manager or relevant department
