CRM & Data Management
Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or Excel.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on admission status and targets.
Target Achievement
Meet or exceed individual and team admission targets as set by management.
Coordination
Liaise with the academic, marketing, and placement teams to ensure cohesive student experience and feedback resolution.
