Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to focus on Commercial & International Placements. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing international markets, and ensuring target-based placement closures for our trained candidates. The role requires strong business development skills, relationship management, and the ability to align candidate aspirations with employer requirements at both domestic and international levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across domestic and international markets for candidate placements.

  • Develop and expand relationships with companies, recruitment agencies, and global placement partners.

  • Negotiate agreements with organizations for long-term placement partnerships.

  • Explore emerging industries and untapped geographies for international hiring opportunities.

2. Target-Based Placement Closures

  • Work on achieving monthly/quarterly placement targets.

  • Proactively match candidates with suitable job opportunities in both commercial and international markets.

  • Coordinate with employers to schedule interviews, selection processes, and onboarding.

  • Ensure timely closures by bridging gaps between candidates and companies.

3. Candidate & Client Support

  • Guide and mentor candidates through the recruitment and selection process, including interview preparation and documentation for international placements (e.g., visas, compliance).

  • Support companies by understanding their requirements and aligning them with the right talent.

  • Maintain transparent communication between candidates and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

4. Market Development & Expansion

  • Conduct research on new and emerging industries for potential placement tie-ups.

  • Build networks with international recruitment consultants and overseas companies.

  • Represent AISECT in placement drives, industry events, and international collaboration forums.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain updated records of client interactions, placement pipelines, and closure reports.

  • Generate reports on placement performance, targets achieved, and new markets explored.

  • Ensure compliance with internal and international placement regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2–5 years in business development / placements / international recruitment.

    • Proven record of meeting targets in client acquisition and placement closures.

    • Exposure to international recruitment/overseas placement will be highly valued.

  • Skills:

    • Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal abilities.

    • Knowledge of global recruitment practices, immigration/visa processes (preferred).

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and recruitment databases.
