Roles and Responsibilities
The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, business development, and team management across Kerala. Key responsibilities include:

Lead and manage all business operations in the region, reporting directly to the Zonal Head.

Coordinate with the regional/state team on operations and share daily/weekly reports with Zonal and Vertical Heads.

Build and strengthen relationships with Government and Non-Government agencies within the state.

Oversee and ensure smooth execution of all verticals, projects, and operations.

Drive business development initiatives in collaboration with Zonal and Vertical Heads to expand presence and partnerships.

Act as the Project Coordinator for both Government and Non-Government projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.

Take ownership of team management, including performance monitoring, capacity building, and ensuring timely task completion.

Expand the network of AISECT centers, universities, and skill programs within Kerala to meet business objectives.

Support the field team in center conversions, database creation, and regular Training of Trainers (ToT) activities.

Ensure timely submission of reports as required by Zonal and Vertical Heads.

Achieve regional targets by strategically managing resources, partnerships, and business operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

1–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, or Project Management (preferably in Education/Skill Development/NGO/Government projects).

Prior experience in handling regional/state-level responsibilities will be an added advantage.
