The Business Development Executive (B.Voc Admissions) will be responsible for driving admissions for AISECT’s B.Voc programs through student engagement, institutional tie-ups, and local outreach activities. The role demands strong communication, counseling skills, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Drive student admissions for B.Voc programs by identifying and engaging prospective students and parents.

Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and awareness programs in schools, colleges, and training centers.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with principals, placement officers, and academic institutions to generate leads.

Execute local marketing campaigns and admission drives, including participation in education fairs and promotional events.

Handle student inquiries related to B.Voc courses, eligibility, and career pathways, providing accurate and timely information.

Manage lead follow-ups through calls, visits, and digital platforms to maximize conversions.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets set by the organization.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/portal.

Collaborate with the State Head and team to plan and execute strategies for B.Voc program promotion.
