Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Reporting To: State Head
Company: AISECT


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by selling products and services to prospective customers.

  • Conduct local marketing activities and travel within the assigned territory to meet new customers on a daily basis.

  • Engage with existing customers to cross-sell and upsell products and services.

  • Consistently achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.

  • Participate in all training and learning programs conducted by the organization for continuous skill enhancement.

  • Maintain accurate and timely daily records of customer interactions in the system/portal.

  • Actively participate in organizational initiatives, campaigns, and drives to support business growth.


Skills & Competencies Required

  • Education/Qualification: MBA (Preferred – Marketing) / Graduate with relevant experience.

  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing/business development.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Knowledge of local and national markets, industry trends, and customer requirements.

  • Goal-driven with a proactive and dynamic approach
