Business Development & Expansion
Identify and onboard new franchisee centers in Pondicherry and adjoining regions.
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into active partners.
Strengthen presence of AISECT’s skilling and training programs across the assigned territory.
Candidate Mobilization
Mobilize candidates for various state, central, and CSR projects.
Support training and placement teams in reaching enrollment targets.
Stakeholder & Government Liaison
Visit state government departments, local authorities, and key stakeholders to build relationships.
Support project tie-ups and maintain compliance with government norms.
Franchisee & Center Coordination
Act as the link between AISECT head office, franchisees, and owned centers.
Ensure centers adhere to operational, academic, and reporting standards.
Provide continuous support to franchisee partners for smooth functioning.
Field Work & Travel
Regular travel across Pondicherry and nearby districts for business development activities.
Coordinate periodic visits to Coimbatore office for reporting and reviews.
Strong oral & written communication in English and Tamil (Hindi preferred).
Proven ability in networking, business development, or franchise management.
Good geographical knowledge of Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry.
Self-motivated with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with extensive travel.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Business Development preferred).
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in business development, franchise management, or field sales preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and mobility skills can also apply.
Other Requirements:
Must possess a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively in Pondicherry region.
