Maintain office supplies, stationery, and assist in procurement as needed.
Scheduling & Coordination
Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and calendars for the office head/team.
Support in organizing office meetings, conferences, and events.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Support Functions
Assist HR/admin team in onboarding candidates during interviews and joining.
Maintain records of attendance, registers, and front-office data.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.
