Develop and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national employers.

Conduct employer visits and corporate meetings for tie-ups.
Organize campus placement drives and job fairs.
Ensure minimum placement targets as per scheme guidelines (NSDC/CSR/Government projects).
Match student profiles with suitable job roles.
Conduct pre-placement orientation sessions (Interview Skills, Resume Building, Grooming).
Support students during interview coordination and onboarding.
Maintain placement records, offer letters, joining proofs, and salary details.
Track retention (30/60/90 days) as per project requirements.
Prepare MIS reports and submit to management/government bodies.
Ensure compliance with NSDC/NSQF placement norms.
Represent the organization in industry forums and job fairs.
Build MoUs with companies for long-term recruitment support.
Coordinate with Sector Skill Councils and HR networks.
