Job Description For Public View
Provide career counselling and guidance to prospective students and candidates.
Explain AISECT's courses, universities, skill development programmes, and government projects.
Assess candidates' educational background and career aspirations to recommend suitable programmes.
Assist candidates with admissions, documentation, registrations, and fee-related queries.
Maintain enquiry and counselling records and follow up with prospective candidates.
Coordinate with training centres, universities, employers, and placement teams.
Conduct counselling sessions, awareness programmes, seminars, and outreach activities.
Support mobilisation activities to achieve admission and training targets.
Ensure timely reporting and maintain counselling MIS and documentation.
Build relationships with schools, colleges, government departments, NGOs, and community organisations for candidate mobilisation.
Address candidate grievances and ensure a positive counselling experience.
