Ensure merchant activation and continued engagement with Google Pay services.
Explain the benefits and usage of digital payment solutions to merchants.
Complete assigned merchant revisit tasks on a daily basis.
Achieve daily and monthly activity and performance targets.
Maintain professionalism and quality during merchant interactions.
Update visit details and activity reports in the assigned application/system.
Maintain proper records of merchant interactions and task completion.
Submit daily activity updates to reporting managers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with merchants and business owners.
Address merchant queries and provide basic support related to digital payment services.
Support retention and continued usage of Google Pay QR services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in field-based roles.
Good relationship management abilities.
