Job Description For Public View
ounsel prospective students and parents regarding AISECT's courses, skill development programs, vocational education, and higher education offerings.
Understand students' educational background, interests, and career aspirations to recommend appropriate programs.
Generate admissions by converting walk-ins, telephonic enquiries, online leads, and referrals.
Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and awareness programs in schools, colleges, and communities.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings until admission closure.
Explain course curriculum, eligibility, fees, scholarships, placement opportunities, and career prospects.
Assist students with the admission process, documentation, and fee collection coordination.
Maintain accurate enquiry, counselling, admission, and follow-up records in the CRM/MIS.
Coordinate with academic, training, and placement teams for student onboarding and support.
Build relationships with educational institutions and local communities to generate admissions.
Participate in education fairs, admission drives, outreach campaigns, and promotional activities.
Ensure achievement of monthly admission and counselling targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on enquiries, conversions, and admissions.
