Placement Coordinator - Job Description
Placement Coordinators will serve as liaisons between Training Partner and Employers for field placement. They will identify the required requirements in coordination with the project team and assist placement drives for passing out students. The fundamental attributes of a coordinator include hard work, perseverance, and sincerity. A placement coordinator will help students determine employment choices matching their career interests. Also, they will assist students with interview techniques, job referrals, and resume writing.
Roles/Responsibilities of the Placement Coordinator :
Determine all required placement requirements from the project team and assist in liasoning with Employers for vacancies in proposed trades.
Maintain knowledge on all requirements to facilitate efficient working of the Training Partner.
Manage all student placement progress and prepare required strategies to complete all placement activities and ensure compliance to said regulations.
Provide assistance to students in resume making & interview preparation and review all procedures of the placement team.
Consolidation of vacancy data collected from Employers
Management of Placement data of students for respective projects.
Promote placement drives to various prospective employers through phone, email and fax.
Conduct orientation programs for all new students for respective projects.
