Established in 1985, AISECT Group has been working towards bridging the Skill and ICT gap between urban and rural India and creating local opportunities for rural youth. Focused on creating an inclusive society, AISECT has been untiringly reaching out to the remotest corners of the country since the past 33 years to empower people, generate employment for the youth and unfold entrepreneurial initiatives. With a pan-India presence of 23,000 skill or Service Delivery Centres across 29 States and 3 Union Territories, 11 State offices and 36 Regional offices. Having successfully set up India’s biggest entrepreneurial driven network at the District (475), Block (1500) and Panchayat (7200) levels, AISECT has generated more than 15,000 rural entrepreneurs across India. Pioneering the ‘Multipurpose Center’ Model, AISECT utilized their existing Education & Training Center infrastructure to offer numerous services, including skill development, capacity building, information window, maintenance and repair, sale of allied products and services, e-Governance through Common Service Centers (CSC), banking and insurance services, etc. initiating strategic innovations to reach out to its target audience which comprises primarily semi-urban and rural masses, AISECT has initiated IT content creation in Hindi and other regional languages.
Position Summary :
The Project Associate will be a part of HO team, responsible for Proposal making, Business Development and implementation of AISECT’s various Skill Development and Vocational Educational projects implemented across India. S/he will have a deep understanding of AISECT’s programs and outcomes to be achieved and will report to the National Project Manager, Bhopal. S/he will be mainly responsible for writing proposals, gathering data, assisting the field staff with information to ensure more effective training for the audience, follow up on activities implemented by AISECT in the field and reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
Formulating proposals and making presentations to the state government, funding agencies, monitoring agencies and corporate organizations for projects.
The Project Executive will in close coordination with the projects team and will hold joint accountability for the success in execution of the new & ongoing Skill development projects
Liaison with the state government and corporate sector for projects in training, skill development and upskilling.
Maintaining project wise MIS, tracking of RFPs/EOIs
Coordinating with multiple departments for data requirements specific to proposal
Manpower planning, Fund management and deciding the Implementation strategy for the various central government, state government and corporate projects. Planning, Implementation and Monitoring of government and corporate projects.
Coordinating with the state team of regional managers, project coordinators, PMKK teams and business development executives and guiding them to function as per the requirements of the organization and achieving the project's targets.
Coordination with different Skill Sector councils on affiliation and assessment under different projects.
Assist with analyzing information gathered to indicate the progress and impact of projects’ activities
Prepare and submit success stories/case studies from the field
Assist in preparation of monthly reports
Ensure that a results based system is being followed to tap key results that contribute towards the programmatic outputs and outcomes.

Demonstrated ability in proposal writing and presentation.
High level of computer literacy.
Willing to travel when required.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Prior experience in a similar field/understanding of social sector schemes will be preferred.
