Key Responsibilities:
Center Openings:
Identify potential locations for establishing new centers, focusing on underserved and target markets.
Develop and execute strategies to set up new centers, including site selection, infrastructure setup, and staff recruitment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful center launch.
MSC (Multi-Skill Center) Establishment:
Contribute to the establishment of Multi-Skill Centers (MSCs) by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders.
Ensure the availability of necessary resources, equipment, and instructors for various skill development programs.
Implement marketing and outreach initiatives to attract students and trainees to the MSCs.
Kiosk Banking:
Promote and facilitate kiosk banking services in rural and underserved areas.
Identify suitable locations for kiosk banking and coordinate the installation and operational setup.
Train local operators and ensure smooth functioning of kiosk banking services.
Branch Query Resolution:
Address and resolve queries and issues related to AISECT branches in a timely and efficient manner.
Liaise with branch managers and staff to provide support and solutions for any operational challenges.
Ensure that branch operations run smoothly to meet organizational objectives.
Student Admission:
Collaborate with educational institutions and local communities to attract students for various courses and programs offered by AISECT.
Assist potential students in the admission process, including counseling and enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of student admissions and follow up on their progress.
