Key Responsibilities:

  1. Center Openings:
    • Identify potential locations for establishing new centers, focusing on underserved and target markets.
    • Develop and execute strategies to set up new centers, including site selection, infrastructure setup, and staff recruitment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful center launch.
  2. MSC (Multi-Skill Center) Establishment:
    • Contribute to the establishment of Multi-Skill Centers (MSCs) by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure the availability of necessary resources, equipment, and instructors for various skill development programs.
    • Implement marketing and outreach initiatives to attract students and trainees to the MSCs.
  3. Kiosk Banking:
    • Promote and facilitate kiosk banking services in rural and underserved areas.
    • Identify suitable locations for kiosk banking and coordinate the installation and operational setup.
    • Train local operators and ensure smooth functioning of kiosk banking services.
  4. Branch Query Resolution:
    • Address and resolve queries and issues related to AISECT branches in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Liaise with branch managers and staff to provide support and solutions for any operational challenges.
    • Ensure that branch operations run smoothly to meet organizational objectives.

  1. Student Admission:
    • Collaborate with educational institutions and local communities to attract students for various courses and programs offered by AISECT.
    • Assist potential students in the admission process, including counseling and enrollment.
    • Maintain accurate records of student admissions and follow up on their progress.
