Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring Placement of the trained candidates through regular campus drives.
Creating Tie-Ups with industry and recruiters.
Planning Job fairs and 'ROJGAR MELAS'.
Creating and managing database and sharing of data with concerned bodies.
Prerequisites:
Proficient Communication Skills (Proper Fluent Hindi and English).
Proficient Computer Skills (MS Office+ DBMS).
Client/partner Relationship Management.
Documentation.
Industrial and Geographical Knowledge about Bihar.
Able and willing to travel across Bihar.
